Hey Mamas, guess what? Summer is around the corner and raise your hand if you are looking forward to some fun in the sun and some summer cocktails?!!! ( me me * raised hand emoji) But I also know a bunch of you will be on the beaches, at the BBQ’s and Birthday parties chasing your LO and sometimes skipping that Rose’ all day because frankly, you are just too beat, crushing Grande whipped double dirty SF Frappuccino’s just to get by OR don’t want the sugary and calorie filled cocktails that will just make you crash harder around LO bath time or feel like Sh*t the next day.

ENTER Pep Talk,yeah I know we’ve ALL given ourselves a Pep Talk a time or two, heck I do Every damn morning. But the Pep Talk I’m talking about is better than the “ YOU GOT THIS YOU GODDESS SEXY BADASS QUEEN” speech you say in the mirror ( we all say that exact thing right) Haha, this Pep Talk is a refreshing bubbly drink, with zero calories and puts an extra Pep in your step with a punch of caffeine. Sounds awesome right? I mean who wants to be sipping coffee at the pool party, we all want something cool and bubbly! So, for summer of 2019 I will share with you my game changing Cocktail Recipe. Its flavors are reminiscent of the Isles of Italy and will make you feel like that goddess. It’s called… wait for it… 

 an Aperol Spritz In Your Step! Sounds fun right?

Very similar to those Italian Aperitifs we would be sippin if we were REALLY on that Italian Isle, but with Pep Talk. Which gives it a bubbly boost, caffeination… because First, CAFFINE, and it’s a mixer without the sugar!!! 

Here’s what ya need: 

2 Ounces Aperol or Campari

4 Oz Grapefruit Pep Talk 

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Fresh Fruit garnish like Blood Orange, or Grapefruit 

Last but not least, super cute glasses and straws that match, for the gram Obvi.

Although life has been pretty good lately, I do feel like I’ve been slipping. Slipping on my self respect, what I stand for, what I allow and my self care, that includes my physical and my mental wellbeing. Being a Mom and FT working lady is TOUGH AF. My biggest challenge is TIME! Managing my schedule so I can get all I need to get done AND take care of me.

I want to harness this moons power to guide me back to my core which is centered in LOVE, not chasing it, but BEING It. And that will only radiate into my work, my mothering and my self respect and care.
