the longevity YOUprint
first we look closely — your genetics, your bloodwork, the whole picture. then we come back to the old things. real food, morning light, long walks, a table with people at it. rituals, not rules. a way of living, not a protocol.
why this exists
you're not under-optimized. you're exhausted.
somewhere along the way, taking care of yourself turned into a second job. the ring, the patch, the scale, the app that scores your sleep and then makes you anxious about the score. eleven supplements. a protocol you read about at midnight. and underneath all of it, the quiet suspicion that you're doing a great deal and feeling no better.
i'll say the unpopular thing. obsessive wellness is its own kind of unwell. a nervous system that never stops auditing itself does not age well, no matter what the data says.
the longest-living people on earth have never tracked a single night of sleep. they walk to see their friends. they nap. they drink wine at lunch.
your body is not a dashboard. constant measurement changes what it's measuring — usually by raising your baseline stress.
information isn't your problem. you have plenty. what's missing is a way of living that doesn't require you to become a different person.
and yes — perimenopause changes the rules. the thing that worked at 32 can quietly stop working at 42. that part is real.
where i stand
the science tells us where. the ancients told us how.
i'm not anti-technology. i'll happily sequence your genome and read your labs down to the decimal — that part i genuinely love. but the map is not the meal. every single thing the data eventually tells us to do, someone's grandmother in ikaria was already doing, without a lab or an app or a word for "protocol."
so we use the science to find your particular terrain. and then we come back down to earth: real food, sunlight, movement that feels like living, people you love, and rest you don't have to earn.
lifespan
the terrain. your genetics and your biomarkers, read together — so we stop guessing and start seeing what your body is actually asking for.
healthspan
the daily practice. food, sunlight, movement, sleep, and the small rituals the world's longest-lived people never had to be told to keep.
soulspan
the part almost everyone skips. worth, belief, nervous system, belonging. the reason a protocol survives a hard week — or doesn't.
inside the six months
how the work unfolds
this is a sequence, not a bundle. each phase depends on the one before it — which is exactly why six months, and not six weeks.
weeks 1–3
the sitting down
we start the way anything real starts — with a long, unhurried conversation. your history, your habits, your kitchen, your household, what your days actually look like, and what you want the next thirty years to feel like. not a symptom checklist. a life.
- 90-minute private session, no rushing
- full health, food, and lifestyle intake
- your dna kit and biomarker panel shipped to your door
- a first ritual to begin while we wait — always something small
weeks 4–8
the reading
your genetics and biomarkers come back and i sit with them properly — looking for where your dna, your bloodwork, and how you actually feel agree, and where they argue. the arguments are usually where the answer is hiding.
- included: full dna interpretation through my practitioner account with the dna company
- included: a comprehensive biomarker panel and its interpretation
- your written youprint — in plain language, no jargon, yours to keep
- a dedicated session walking you through every finding
months 3–4
the nourishing
this is the part i was built for. your findings become food — actual meals, actual grocery lists, actual tuesdays. recipes drawn from the places where people live longest and worry least, adapted to what your body specifically needs.
- your nourishment protocol, written for your genetics and labs
- seasonal recipes inspired by the blue zones — ikaria, sardinia, okinawa, nicoya
- grocery lists you can shop from without thinking
- a short, honest supplement list — only what your data justifies
- rituals for morning light, movement, and rest
- a healthy home edit, at the pace you actually want it
months 5–6
the soul work
and then the part that decides whether any of it lasts. we re-check your biomarkers, adjust what isn't landing — and we go after what's underneath. because the woman who can't bring herself to spend nine dollars on the good olive oil is rarely making a budget decision.
- follow-up biomarker review against your baseline
- protocol refinement based on your body's answer, not the plan
- soulspan work — worth, belief, nervous system, and what's been in the way
- a maintenance blueprint you can run without me
- async support with me across all six months
the data can tell you what your body needs. it cannot tell you that you're worth feeding. that part we do together.

the part that actually feeds you
most practitioners hand you a protocol and wish you luck. i've spent nearly twenty years cooking for people — which means what you get from me isn't a list of things to avoid. it's dinner.
grocery lists that do the thinking. organized by how you actually shop, seasonal, and short enough to use.
recipes from the longest-lived places on earth. beans, greens, good oil, herbs, fish, bread you're allowed to eat. adapted to your labs.
the small things, kept. the long lunch. the walk after dinner. the table with people at it. these are longevity interventions. they just don't sell supplements.
room for your life. the champagne in paris stays. so does the bread. we are not building a life you have to escape from.
is this you
i take a small number of women at a time. here's who thrives here.
you'll feel at home here if
- you swapped your cleaning products and you still get a little botox. both things are allowed.
- you care about your health and you will absolutely have the champagne in paris
- you're tired of being optimized and you'd like to be nourished instead
- you want the science — you just don't want to live inside it
- you suspect the thing standing between you and your health isn't information
- you'd rather keep five rituals than abandon fifty
it's probably not for you if
- you want a stack, a score, and a leaderboard
- rapid weight loss is the whole goal
- you want a meal plan you can start monday and forget by friday
- you're hoping to replace medical care — i work alongside your physician, never instead of them
- the soul work sounds like a detour. here, it's the road.
- six months feels long. it isn't. bodies and beliefs both take time.
if you want to go further
optional additions
dna and biomarkers are included and are genuinely enough for most women. these are for when your story, or your data, asks a bigger question. we decide together — and only if it will change what we do.
gut zoomer
for the digestion that's been off for years, or the skin, mood, and immunity that travel with it.
dutch hormone panel
for the perimenopausal years, cycle changes, sleep, and how you're clearing estrogen.
total tox burden
for mold, metals, and environmental load — usually when the home tells a story the labs echo.
nature & plant medicine integration
for women doing this work elsewhere, legally, who want help preparing for it and turning what surfaces into a life. i don't source, supply, or dose — i sit with you before and after.
add-ons are priced separately and are never a prerequisite. i'll tell you plainly when i don't think you need one.
who you're working with
i've spent nearly twenty years feeding people well.
i started as a private chef, cooking for people whose lives ran hot — celebrities, founders, performers — and i kept noticing the same thing. the food was extraordinary. the health was not. so i went and got the science.
today i'm a certified nutrition practitioner working in precision nutrition, nutrigenomics, and lab interpretation. i can read your genome. i'm also the person who will tell you what to make for dinner, and who believes the after-dinner walk matters as much as the methylation panel.
i'm not interested in making you perfect. i've lived enough to know that perfect isn't healthy either. i'm interested in making you well — and in you actually enjoying the life you're extending.
eat well :: age well :: live well
in their words
what women say afterward
I've worked with private chefs before, but Nikki's approach is different. She doesn't just cook, she teaches you how to eat in a way that supports your health without sacrificing the joy of food.
karenlos angeles
Nikki has this incredible way of making you feel seen. We talked about food, movement, and sleep, but we also talked about purpose, stress, boundaries, and what actually brings me joy. For the first time, wellness felt whole. I didn't just leave healthier, I left happier.

the investment
six months. one you.
dna and biomarker testing are included in full. optional add-on panels are priced separately. applications are read personally — if we're not right for each other, i'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
questions
before you apply
do i need a wearable or a tracker?
no. and if yours is making you anxious, we may spend part of this program putting it in a drawer. i'd rather you learn to read your body than read a screen about your body.
what testing is actually included?
dna sequencing and a comprehensive biomarker panel, both included in the price, along with full interpretation of each. gut, hormone, and toxic burden panels are available as add-ons if your story calls for them — and i'll tell you honestly when it doesn't.
is this a diet?
no. there's no calorie target and no restriction for its own sake. your protocol is built around what your body is asking for more of, drawn from the way the longest-lived people on earth actually eat. it comes with recipes, because i'm a chef.
do i have to give things up?
less than you think. the bread stays. the wine at lunch is practically a blue zone intervention. i'm far more interested in what we add than what we remove — and in you having a life you don't need a vacation from.
what do you mean by soulspan?
the beliefs underneath the behavior. if some part of you doesn't believe you're worth the good olive oil, the unhurried morning, or the help — no protocol survives a hard week. we work on that directly. it's not a bonus module. it's phase four.
what if i'm already working with a doctor?
good — i want you to be. i work alongside your physician, not in place of them, and i'm glad to share findings with your care team. nothing here is medical diagnosis or treatment.
what results should i expect?
i won't promise you a number, and anyone who does is selling something. what i can promise is a clear picture of your biology, food you actually want to eat, and someone reading it all with you. what most women name first is energy, sleep, and digestion — usually somewhere in month two or three. what they name later is that they stopped fighting themselves.
i live outside los angeles. does that work?
yes. sessions are virtual and kits ship nationwide. in-home chef work and the healthy home edit are available in person in la, santa barbara, orange county, and the hamptons.
can i pay in installments?
yes. payment plans run across the six months. we'll sort the details once your application is accepted.
the first step
come back to yourself. i'll bring the recipes.
tell me where you are and where you want to go. i read every application myself, and if we're a fit, we'll get on a call before anything else happens.
